Before Your Trip
Getting Your Gear
My Epic Gear offers three ways to get your gear: Slopeside Pick-Up and Drop-Off, Delivery, or Split Delivery. With convenient locations across the resort, you can find the closest option to your accommodations. Visit the My Epic Gear website to find out which option is right for you during your trip.
Boot Inspections
If you are bringing your own ski boots, a boot inspection will be required to ensure correct setup of your gear. This includes a make, model, size, and wear inspection of your ski boots. Please have both boots with you at the time of fulfillment for the required inspection.
The first time you choose to bring your own boots, inspection needs to occur at a Member Services location or during Delivery. For subsequent reservations where you will utilize the same boots, you can complete your boot inspection via any gear fulfillment method.
Timing
Prior to arrival at the resort, please check the details of your upcoming reservation in the My Epic App to make sure they are accurate, double-checking pickup or delivery locations and times are correct.
If you selected delivery, please ensure all parties on the reservation are present for proper gear fitting.
