Program Registration

Registration for the below programs opens on August 27th, 2024. Please note that returning participants from the 2023-2024 season were given priority to register during an early registration period. This means there may be limited spots available for new participants and any remaining spots are first come, first served. If the program or session selected displays as 'sold out', it is currently at capacity.

Program Changes for the 2024.25 Season

  • Due to its popularity Club Linc Saturdays is only available to return guests. If you participated in Saturday Club Linc in Winter 23.24 you will be sent a form on Wednesday May 22nd.
  • All Mountain Academy will be available for youth who have participated in AMA previously or have completed one of the following: All Mountain Development Program, Race Development Program, Mountain Adventure Program, Freeride Club, Whistler Mountain Ski Club, or the Whistler Freestyle Club and be 14-18 years of age by December 31st 2024. We will include a form for AMA registration in the email on May 22nd.
  • At Creekside (ski only) the drop off location is the same for kids ages 3-12 years.
  • At Blackcomb the drop off for kids ages 3-4 years (ski only) is at Blackcomb Kids and for ages 5-12 years (ski & ride) the drop off is at Base 2.

Registration Process

The participant must be within the seasonal program age range (ex. 7-14) on or before December 31st, 2024 unless otherwise specified in the program specific details.
Seasonal Programs will be charged out to the credit card used online within 2 weeks of registration.
We are unable to guarantee specific instructors or students will be in a group together. 

Yes, in order to be eligible for participation in the program, all participants must meet the minimum skill requirements as defined for each program at the start of the program.

In addition, all participants are required to have valid lift access (lift ticket or season pass) as well as ski or snowboard equipment, including a helmet if required, by the start of the program. Seasonal programs for kids aged 3 to 18 years include a Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Pass in the program registration price.

For Freeride Club, participants must have participated in the program before or been referred by their coach. New participants for Freeride Club aged 9-11 must have completed a full season of level 6 Club/Skier Development Program.

For All Mountain Academy, participants must have participated in the program previously or have completed one of the following: All Mountain Development Program, Mountain Adventure Program, Freeride Club, Whistler Mountain Ski Club, or the Whistler Freestyle Club.

Lift Access and Rental Equipment

All participants of all ages and ability levels are required to have valid lift access (a ticket or a season pass) for every date of participation in the program. 
Programs for kids aged 3 to 18 years include a Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Pass. For adults aged 19 and over, you do not have to purchase a season pass at the time of program purchase, but we highly encourage you to do so to lock in the best season pass rate and benefits. Lift access is not included in the seasonal program registration price for adults. 
Ski or snowboard equipment is required for all participants for all programs. Rental equipment is not included in the program unless specifically stated, or offered as an optional add-on at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

See the cancellation policy for Seasonal Programs below.

  • Seasonal Programs cancelled prior to 30 days of the program start date will be issued a full refund.
  • Seasonal Programs cancelled within 30 days of the program start date will be charged the Cancellation Fee.
  • For Seasonal Programs, the Cancellation Fee is 50% of the cost of the program
  • Programs are non-transferable and refunds will not be offered once the program starts.

There are no partial refunds or rescheduling for days missed by the participant. Programs are non-transferable and refunds will not be offered once the program starts. In extreme weather scenarios we may postpone a day depending on the availability of days. Refunds for weather will not be given.

Employee Registration

Many of our Seasonal Programs are offered at a discounted rate to active winter or year-round employees.

  • Employees can register in-person, online or over the phone. Employee orders will be discounted (if applicable) and charged in-line with guest orders within 2 weeks of registration.
  • Employees who register online should checkout as a regular guest and immediately complete this form to flag their order as an employee order and to avoid being charged the full rate to their credit card. 
  • In the Fall and prior to the start of the program, all employees will be verified as active for the 2024-25 season. Any additional follow up with non-active employees will occur at that time to collect the remaining balance on the order.
